Responsibilities include:
- Handling, cooking and preparing food orders
- Cleaning
- Loading truck
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Interaction with customers
- Perform opening and closing duties, as required
- Reporting directly to food truck owner
- Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, as required
- Food safety certification and access to a car preferred, but not required
